In order to strengthen the quality and safety supervision of soy sauce, improve the quality level of soy sauce, and ensure food safety , Ganzhou City recently conducted a special inspection on a soy sauce production enterprise within its jurisdiction in Ganzhou Duxian Market Supervision Administration .

Law enforcement officers focused on the inspection of the enterprise's implementation standards, brewing process, process cycle, fermentation facilities and equipment, procurement of raw and auxiliary materials, product ex-factory inspection, food additive use management, and product identification and labeling

In response to the problems found, law enforcement officers put forward rectification opinions on the spot, requiring manufacturers to make rectifications in a timely manner, and urging enterprises to organize production in strict accordance with food safety laws , regulations and food safety standards, strengthen food delivery inspection, label food labels truthfully and legally, and ensure the quality of soy sauce products.
