The patient was a 73-year-old male who was diagnosed with cecal cancer with liver metastases in 2016.

The patient is a 59-year-old female.
After emergency surgery in a foreign hospital in May 2019, she was diagnosed with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the ascending colon.
The tumor stage: pT4aN1cM0 stage IIIB.
The diagnosis and treatment group firstly performed 8 cycles of XELOX treatment for her

In November 2020, the patient was diagnosed with colon adenocarcinoma lung metastasis after follow-up and reexamination, and underwent thoracoscopic left lower lung wedge resection

Postoperatively, patients were given 10 courses of FOLFIRI combined with bevacizumab, and oral capecitabine was maintained after the lesions were stable

During the treatment, the patient developed severe hand-foot syndrome and the treatment was poorly tolerated
