all qualified by testing, specifically: 1. Biscuits 5 batches, the test items are acid price (in fat) (KOH), peroxide value (in fat), benzoic acid and its sodium salts (in benzoic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in sorbic acid), mold and other 9 indicators.
2. 3 batches of convenience food, the inspection items are acid price (in fat) (KOH), peroxide value (in fat), total colonies, E. coli, moisture and other 5 indicators.
3. Starch and starch products 3 batches, the inspection items are aluminum residue (dry samples, in Al), sulfur dioxide residue (in SO? lead (in Pb) and other 3 indicators.
4. 8 batches of soy products, the test items are benzoic acid and its sodium salts (in benzoic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salts (in sorbic acid), sodium saccharin (in saccharin), sweetin (in cycloporene amino sulfonate) and other 9 indicators.
