Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and random inspection, sampling processed grain products, condiments, meat products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, canned food, frozen drinks, quick-frozen foods, potatoes and puffed foods, confectionery products, tea and related products, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried foods and nut products, egg products, cocoa and roasted coffee products, sugar, starch and starch products, pastries, soy products, bee products, health foods, catering foods, food additives, 1760 batches of samples
of edible agricultural products and edible oils, oils and fats and their products.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 1721 batches of qualified samples and 39 batches
of unqualified samples were sampled for inspection items.
The main problems found are excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, contamination of other pollutants, microbial contamination, substandard quality indicators, pollution of heavy metals and other element pollutants, and excessive use of food additives
.

The problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) Celery sold in Yijia fresh fruit and vegetable hypermarket in Aksu City, chlorpyrifos does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(2) Shanghai green (ordinary cabbage) sold by Aksu City all-day fresh fruit and vegetable store, chlorpyrifos does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(3) The leeks sold in Xia Binbin supermarket in Aksu City do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(4) The bananas, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam sold in the Kashgar Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Store do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(5) The ginger and clothianidin sold by Baixin Unified Supermarket in Jimsar County do not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(6) Russian linden honey and metronidazole sold by Khorgosweno Import and Export Trade Co.

(7) The carp (freshwater fish) sold by the daily live fish shop in Makati County and enrofloxacin (the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin) do not meet the provisions of

(8) The soybean sprouts, 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) sold by the Nurmai Mati vegetable store in Moyu County do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(9) Shanghai green (greens) sold in Yutian County No.
18 vegetable store, abamectin does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(10) Ginger and loach (fresh water), clothianidin and enrofloxacin sold in Xianduoduo vegetable stores in Celle County do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(11) The spinach sold by the Bingling vegetable shop in Celle County does not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(12) The bananas sold by Liu Ji Seafood Store in Celle County do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

Other pollutant pollution problems

(1) The amount of solvent residue of rapeseed oil produced by Changji Kitchen Xiangyuan Oil Mill does not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(2) Fragrant rapeseed oil sold by Yuanhong Supermarket in Turks County and claimed to be produced by Zhaoye Agricultural Products Production and Marketing Professional Cooperative in Zhaosu County, benzo(a)pyrene does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

Third, the problem of microbial contamination
