Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling , and selected processed grain products, condiments , meat products , dairy products , beverages , instant food , biscuits , frozen food , candy products , alcohol , roasted seeds and nuts, and nuts .
661 batches of samples of 15 categories of food products, cakes , soy products , edible agricultural products and edible oils , oils and their products .
According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards , there are 653 batches of qualified samples and 8 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items (see attachment) .
The main problems found were substandard quality indicators and microbial contamination:

The quality indicators are not up to standard

(1) The electrical conductivity of the pure drinking water produced by the Yeerqiang Beverage and Food Factory in Shache County does not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards
