Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 6 of 2021) No. 15 of 2021

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of 746 batches of condiments, dairy products, beverages, alcohol, starchy and starch products, food and beverage products, edible agricultural products and cooking oil, grease and its products in 8 categories of food.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 730 batches of qualified samples and 16 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).
Non-conforming food related to agricultural veterinary drug residues, over-range, over-limit use of food additives, microbial contamination and quality indicators and other issues: First, agricultural and veterinary drug residues (i) Kramay District Yang Laosan shopping center sales of soybean sprouts, 6-based adenine (6-BA) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

4. Quality indicators (1) Woody County Tintin condiment shop sales, the name Qitai County Tianshan Food Factory production of brewing vinegar, total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Market Supervision Administration of the Autonomous Region has tasked the relevant local (state or city) market regulatory authorities to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
to remind consumers that if they find or purchase non-conforming food items listed in the annex in the market, please call the Food Safety Complaint Reporting Number 12315 to report a complaint.
