Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 38 of 2020) No. 102 of 2020

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of grain processing products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, canned, potato and puffed food, tea and related products, alcohol, fruit products, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, soy products, bee products, food and beverage products, edible agricultural products, salt and cooking oil, oil and its products, such as 312 batches of samples.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 293 batches of qualified samples and 19 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).
Non-conforming food related to quality indicators, microbial pollution, other pollutants, heavy metals and other elements of pollutants, agricultural and veterinary drug residues and over-range, over-limited use of food additives and other indicators: First, quality indicators (i) Hutubi County Tiantianle supermarket sales, Hutubi County Bright Oil Factory production of rapeseed oil, acid value (KOH) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(iv) Toxon County Shichang Road Alman supermarket sales, Shaqa County Minsin Food Co. , Ltd. production of Calits brewed vinegar, total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(5) The brewing vinegar sold by the suburban branch of Dongyang Trading Co., Ltd. of Yimin County and produced by Xinjiang 71 Sauce Garden Brewing Co., Ltd. was found by the Guizhou Provincial Testing Technology Research and Application Center that the total acid (in acetic acid) did not meet the national standards for food safety.
Xinjiang 71 Sauce Garden Brewing Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
(6) Hami Tianma Trading Co., Ltd. Tianma supermarket Tai and shop sales, Xinjiang Zhuangzi Industrial Co., Ltd. production of Zhuangzi red flower vinegar, total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(7) The serum balsamic vinegar (brewed vinegar) produced by Hengfeng Food Factory in Changji City, sold by Lanzi Big Meat Shop in Dongjiang Spring Market in Yizhou District, and the total acid (in acetic acid terms) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(viii) Hami City Yingfeng Commercial Operations Management Co., Ltd. sales, Anhui Dali Friendly Food Co., Ltd. production of charcoal burning tip angle (fried puffed food), acid price (in fat terms) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Market Supervision Administration of the Autonomous Region has tasked the relevant local (state or city) market regulatory authorities to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
