Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 32 of 2020) No. 83 of 2020

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of condiments, meat products, convenience foods, biscuits, canned goods, frozen drinks, frozen food, potato and puffed food, tea and related products, vegetable products, fruit products, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, soy products, bee products and edible agricultural products, such as 16 categories of food 348 batches of samples.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 339 batches of qualified samples and 9 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).

(iii) Urumqi Tianshan Amurajiang supermarket sales, the name of Shaqi County Minsin Food Co. , Ltd. production of Calits brewed vinegar, total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(iv) The brewed vinegar produced by the old local food processing plant in Kashgar City, sold by Sara in Shaybak District of Urumqi City, was found by the Guizhou Provincial Testing Technology Research and Application Center that the total acid (in acetic acid) did not meet the express label requirements.

(5) Fuyun County Xiaosun grain and oil seasoning shop sales, named Changji Hengfeng Food Factory production of serum balsamic vinegar (brewing vinegar), by Guizhou Province testing technology research and application center inspection found that the total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(6) Fuyun County Xinlong Department Store seasoning shop sales, the name of Manas County Crowd A Food Co. , Ltd. production of serum balsamic vinegar (brewing vinegar), total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(7) Black bee honey, fructose and glucose sold at the Xinwanjiafu Shopping Center in Alashankou City, which is called Yibe Garden Bee Industry Co., Ltd. in Bole City, Xinjiang, do not meet the national standards for food safety.

(viii) Fuyun County good home supermarket sales, named Xinjiang Rich Food Co. , Ltd. produced hemp biscuits (crispy biscuits), peroxide value (in fat terms) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Market Supervision Administration of the Autonomous Region has tasked the relevant local (state or city) market regulatory authorities to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
to remind consumers that if they find or purchase non-conforming food items listed in the annex in the market, please call the Food Safety Complaint Reporting Number 12315 to report a complaint.
