Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 3 of 2021) No. 7 of 2021

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of grain processing products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, convenience foods, canned, frozen drinks, frozen food, potato and puffed food, vegetable products, fruit products, starch and starch products, soy products, bee products, edible agricultural products and cooking oil, oil and its products, such as 16 categories of food 784 batches of samples.

(ii) Toxon County Alman Trade Service Center sales, the address of the labeled production enterprises for the Xinjiang Turpan City, Gaochang District, 80 New Town Road, Gaochang District Unity Vinegar Factory produced good flavor balsamic vinegar, by Guizhou Province Testing Technology Research and Application Center inspection found that the total acid (in acetic acid) does not meet the national standards for food safety.
Gaochang District Solidarity Vinegar Factory objected to the total acid test results (in acetic acid) and applied for a re-inspection;
For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Market Supervision Administration of the Autonomous Region has tasked the relevant local (state or city) market regulatory authorities to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
to remind consumers that if they find or purchase non-conforming food items listed in the annex in the market, please call the Food Safety Complaint Reporting Number 12315 to report a complaint.
