(1) polyamide plate: expanded with acetic acid, examined under UV lamp 365nm, then sprayed 1% iron trichloride ethanol solution, under daylight inspection

(2) polyamide plate: toluene-ethyl acetate-methanol-methicacid (10:3:1:2) unfolded, under UV lamp 365nm

(3) Silicone G board: ethyl acetate-methanol-water (8:1:1), spray 5% aluminum trichloride ethanol solution, uv lamp 365nm under inspection

above three plates, fluorescent spots and visible spots corresponding rate of up to 80%
