When the operation data of the purified water equipment is abnormal, we can first analyze
the cause from whether the resistivity of the produced water becomes low.

it from the following three aspects.
The first is to analyze the average current between the modules and the actual current between them, the change of the pressure value of the concentrated freshwater chamber, and the operation data record in the recent period to analyze the cause; Secondly, you can analyze the detection instrument: test the instrument, see if the data is inaccurate due to the instrument problem, and then you can also analyze the water quality from the inlet water quality, and detect the raw water quality to see if the inlet water indicators have changed
.
If it is excluded that the abnormal operating data is caused by the low water production rate, then the reverse consideration is whether it is caused by the large inlet water conductivity of
the produced water and the water conductivity.
When the high conductivity is confirmed, the operation of the purified water equipment should be stopped immediately and the cause
should be investigated.
See if there is a situation where the module electrode is reversed; Whether the concentrated water chamber enters the freshwater chamber in reverse; Whether the pressure in the concentrated water chamber is greater than the pressure in the freshwater chamber
.
If the above two cases are ruled out, you can also consider whether it is due to the increase in current, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the produced water, at this time you can check whether the pure water equipment has a membrane failure or damage
.
The above three aspects are the common reasons for data abnormalities in the operation of purified water equipment, and understanding the source of the problem can help us quickly find a solution to better use the purified water equipment
