(1) Construction drawings, design instructions and other design documents of the finishing project;

(1) In outdoor painting projects, every 1000m2 of the wall surface painted by the same kind of paint on each building shall be divided into an inspection lot, and less than 1000m2 shall also be divided into an inspection lot;
(2) For indoor painting projects, every 50 rooms of similar paints for wall finishing shall be divided into an inspection lot, and less than 50 rooms shall also be divided into an inspection lot.

(1) At least one spot should be inspected for every 100m2 of outdoor coating project, and each spot should not be less than 10m2.

(1) The concrete or plaster base of new buildings should be painted with alkali-resistant sealing primer before leveling with putty or directly coating with paint;
(2) Before leveling the walls of existing buildings with putty or directly painting with paint, the loose old decoration layer should be removed, and the interface agent should be painted;
(3) When the concrete or plaster base is leveled with solvent-based putty or directly applied with solvent-based paint, the moisture content shall not be greater than 8%; when leveling with emulsion-type putty or directly applied with emulsion-based paint, the moisture content shall not be greater than 10 %, the moisture content of the wood base layer shall not be greater than 12%;
(4) The leveling layer should be smooth, solid and firm, with powdered, peeling and cracks; the bonding strength of the leveling layer of the inner wall should meet the requirements of the current industry standard "Putty for Building Interior" JG/T 298;
(5) Water-resistant putty should be used for the leveling layer of the walls of the kitchen and bathroom
(6) During the construction of the coating project, effective protection measures should be taken for other decoration materials connected with the coating and adjacent equipment to avoid contamination caused by the coating
(7) The quality inspection and acceptance of the coating project shall be carried out after the expiration of the coating maintenance period
