Solid coating coating technology
Solid coating application is called "powder coating".

Powder coating includes three processes: "electrostatic spraying", "fluid bed" and "static current bed".
Under the condition of powder collection and reuse, the utilization rate of powder coating is almost 100%.
"Electrostatic spraying" uses electrostatic adsorption to adsorb the powder coating on the workpiece at room temperature, and then heat it to melt to form a paint film.
The "fluid bed" is to put the workpiece preheated above the melting point of the coating into the fluidized suspended coating powder, and the coating powder in contact with the workpiece is melt-coated on the workpiece to form a paint film.
"Electrostatic bed" is to set the electrode in the powder chamber so that the negative charge of the fluidized bed coating powder is adsorbed on the grounded workpiece.
