What are the operating specifications and use points of high pressure reactors? The high-pressure reaction kettle is suitable for chemical reactions of high temperature and high pressure, high vacuum, flammable, explosive, highly toxic and other media.
It can be designed according to different process requirements of users and can be matched with various materials.
Pressure remote transmission and other functions
.
Mainly distributed in petrochemical, chemical, polymer synthesis, metallurgy and other fields
.
So, what should be paid attention to during the operation? Let’s find out with me below
.
When operating the autoclave, the majority of users should understand the operating specifications of the autoclave, so as to ensure the normal operation of the autoclave
.
1.
Regularly inspect the pressure components and calibrate the instrument; 2.
Know what material the magnetic reaction kettle is used, and when selecting the medium, it should be within the corrosion resistance range of this material; 3.
The needle valve fails , can be disassembled and cleaned, replaced the valve needle, and carried out hydraulic test before installation and use; 4.
The magnetic reaction kettle and the instrument box are grounded
.
During the use of the high-pressure reactor, attention should be paid to the heating and cooling operations: 1.
It is forbidden to perform rapid cooling and rapid heating operations on the reactor to prevent excessive temperature stress from causing cracks and damage to the reactor body
.
2.
After the operation, it can be cooled by water (exothermic reaction) or air cooled
.
3.
The needle valve is sealed by the line.
It only needs to gently turn the valve needle and press the cover tightly to achieve a good seal.
It is forbidden to use excessive force to avoid damage to the sealing surface
.
4.
After the reaction is completed, cool down and release the high-pressure gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure, and then unscrew the bolts symmetrically and evenly
.
5.
Special attention should be paid to protecting the sealing surface during the cover removal process
.
6.
After each operation, the residues on the kettle body and the kettle cover should be removed.
All sealing surfaces on the reactor should be cleaned frequently and kept dry.
Hard objects or soft objects with rough surfaces are not allowed to be cleaned
.
7.
The agitator should be removed for cleaning
.
The above is the relevant introduction about the operating specifications and precautions of the high pressure reactor.
I believe that everyone has a corresponding understanding of this after reading, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone
