VisiConsult acquires majority stake in CT specialist diondo

VisiConsult announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in CT specialist diondo Gm.

Hajo Schulenburg, founder of VisiConsult, said the two companies share similar values: "From the strategic to the operational level, our two companies have a lot in comm.

VisiConsult adds the diondo product line to its existing product portfolio through its VCxray divisi.
