Vietnam's "Industry and Trade News" reported on May 4 that according to Vietnam Customs statistics, in the first quarter of this year, Vietnam exported 3,420 tons of meat and its products, with an export value of 113 million US dollars, down 21% and 17% respectively compared with the same period in 202

Vietnamese meat and its products are mainly sold to the Asian market, and Hong Kong, China is the main export market, accounting for about 60% of the total export val.
In the first quarter, 1,430 tons were exported to the Hong Kong market, with an export value of 22 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 58% and 31% respective.
The Import and Export Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam stated that the export of meat products should comply with the requirements of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) and the relevant regulations of the import mark.
