(NDO) According to the Vietnam News Agency, Deputy Prime Minister Liming issued Decision No.
340/Q?-TTg on March 15, instructing the Ministry of Finance to allocate 1,006.
59 tons of rice from the national grain reserve and distribute it to Son La Province for free.
