Vietnam’s "Agricultural News" reported on November 3 that, according to data from the General Administration of Customs of Vietnam , Vietnam’s imports of pesticides and raw materials amounted to US$650 million in the first nine months of 2021 , a year-on-year increase of 22.

China is the main source country for the supply of pesticides and raw materials to Vietnam.
From January to September, China's exports of pesticides and raw materials to Vietnam amounted to US$290 million, an increase of 22% year-on-year, accounting for 45% of Vietnam's total imports of pesticides and raw materials

It is worth noting that Vietnam's imports of pesticides from India and Singapore have also increased significantly.
In the first nine months of 2021, Vietnam's imports of pesticides and raw materials from India reached US$79 million, a year-on-year increase of 41.
