    2217 to implement anti-dumping investigations on some MSG products (code 2922.

    20) originating in China and Indonesia .

    Prior to this, on July 22, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Notice No.
    1933 on the official levy of anti-dumping duties on some MSG products originating in China and Indonesia
    .

     
    According to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the "Foreign Trade Administration Law", dumped imported products may cause serious damage to domestic industries
    .
     
    According to the "Foreign Trade Administration Law", one year after the anti-dumping measures are formally implemented, the parties concerned have the right to submit an application for review of anti-dumping measures
    .
     
    In order to ensure the interests of the parties involved in the case, the Trade Defense Bureau recommends that relevant organizations and individuals cooperate with the investigating agency and submit relevant opinions, information and materials
