NDO - The Vietnam Grain Association said that the export price of Vietnamese rice with a 5% broken rice rate is higher than that of Thailand, India and Pakista.

Specifically, the price of rice in Vietnam is US$418 per ton, which is US$8 higher than Thailand, US$30 higher than that of Pakistan and US$75 higher than that of Ind.
Rice with a broken rice rate of 5% is high-quality rice, while the export price of rice with a broken rice rate of 25% in Vietnam is US$403 per ton, the same as Thailand, but higher than Pakistan and India at US$35-75/t.

High-quality rice from Vietnam is also exported to Japan and Euro.
