Test Method

color ink system, the use of a single resin with the appropriate amount of thinner and light trigger combination, and add a four-color pigment powder, grinding into the corresponding ink system, to investigate the resin curing speed, adhesion, fluidity, pigment wetting and other properties.
through experiments, it is concluded that FSP7696 has the following characteristics

FSP7696 resin in the light curing power of 100m-min conditions, whether it is varnish colorless transparent system, or add colored ink system, have a good drying speed.
ink balance and anti-fly ink
UV offset ink for plate printing, is an indirect printing process, the use of oil and water rebuke principle, then the water and ink balance requirements will be very high, if the ink balance is poor, it will directly affect the printing efficiency and process. We did a series of tests on the ink balance of FSP7696 resin, and the results showed that the emulsification rate of the resin was about 30%, and after high-speed stirring, the ink still had good fluidity and bone. At the same time, FSP7696 also has good anti-flying ink performance.
Pigment wetting and fluidity
pigment wetting, that is, ink wetting dispersion, is related to the ink system pigment particle dispersion is meticulous and uniform, dispersion system is stable the main performance indicators, will directly affect the viscosity of the soft printing ink, curing rate and printing performance. FSP7696 by adding about 20% of the pigment, usually based on four colors, into the three-roller machine grinding, in the grinding process we found that the resin ink is very smooth, there will be no flocculation, lateral diffusion and other issues.
adhesion
UV ink involves more types of substrates, mainly paper, plastic, film and other substrates, on the generality of ink adhesion has a higher requirements. FSP7696 surface stress is low, good wetting of substrates, for most plastic substrates and film materials have excellent adhesion, good versatility.
