USTR extends tariff exemptions for some Chinese seafood products for 9 months

On December 16, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) extended the tariff exemption period for several seafood processed by China for nine months from January 2, 2023 to September 30

As in the past, USTR will send instructions to U.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regarding entry guidance and enforcement, as listed below:
