Distilled water should be added to the bottom of the brine spray testing machine, which shall not exceed the height of the overflow hole rubber at the bottom of the box to prevent the aging of
the box.

Add distilled water before the test of the sealing tank around the upper part of the box, which should not be too full, and it is better
to close the lid of the box and the salt spray does not overflow.
3, the air saturator (stainless steel drum) to add distilled water or deionized water, the water level separation is the liquid level meter glass tube upper 4/5 position, when adding distilled water, should open the upper part of the saturator inlet valve, when added to the specified water level, the valve
must be closed.
After a long time of testing, the water of the saturator will be consumed, the water level will be reduced to the lower 1/5 position, and the water should be replenished in time to prevent the heating element
in the saturator from being burned after the lack of water.
4, with the rubber pipe to the brine spray testing machine and the bottom of the indoor spray tower inlet connection, the prepared salt solution (according to 5% concentration) into the salt spray tank behind the storage tank, brine due to the role of atmospheric pressure by the balance automatically flows into the spray tower, the brine can not be lower than the lower limit of the storage tank mark (that is, the outlet).

The salt spray discharged by the exhaust pipe at the back of the box has an impact on indoor facilities, allowing the user to lengthen the exhaust pipe so that the discharged salt spray is discharged outdoors, but the exhaust pipe cannot be blocked, so as not to affect the discharge
of salt mist.
There is a drain pipe under the exhaust pipe, and the user should also connect it to the
room.

Air pressure regulation of brine spray testing machine: (1), the intake pressure is manually adjusted by the first-stage regulator, generally controlled at 2~4kg/cm; (2), the spray pressure is adjusted from the pressure reducing valve to 0.
