Turkmenistan Oriental Net reported on March 24 that cotton planting in the Ahal, Barkan, Lebap and Mare states of Turkmenistan has started this year on March 23.
Cotton planting will start on the 30th of this month

This year, the sown area of cotton nationwide will reach 580,000 hectares, and 1.
25 million tons of seed cotton is planned to be harvested
