It reviewed and evaluated China's economic reforms and fulfillment of WTO commitments over the past three years.
The content of the report can be summarized as follows: China has achieved remarkable results in fulfilling its WTO commitments, but there are still problems.

The report believes that China's "enormous reform" of its domestic economic system should be "deservedly recognized.
