At the request of stakeholders, the Department of Commerce has retained the anti-dumping tax rates
applicable to each company based on the results of the recent review.
During POR17, the Ministry of Commerce determined that 2 Vietnamese compulsory lawsuit-response enterprises would be subject to a tax rate of US$0.
