It is based on the original intention of "complementing the short board of primary cancer prevention and treatment capacity", since 2017, the China Cancer Foundation launched the "Basic Cancer Center Construction Training Program" to strengthen the construction of grass-roots cancer specialist. The project is divided into three stages: the training of county hospital director, the training of radiotherapy professionals, and the training of the construction of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment center of oncology. The first stage of the Dean's Training Course is mainly aimed at how to carry out the management and operation guidance of standardized oncology centers for county-level hospital deans, and is held in Changsha, Jinan and Chongqing in three stages, focusing on the central and western regions with large rural population but weak tumor treatment capacity.
