The total investment amount of the proposed construction of two titanium dioxide projects amounted to 1,911 million yuan

On the evening of February 3, China Nuclear Titanium White issued a number of announcements that the company intends to build "resource comprehensive utilization project" and "recycled titanium dioxide deep processing project" through its wholly-owned subsidiary Gansu Oriental Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Oriental Titanium Industry"). The two projects are to invest 932 million yuan and 979 million yuan respectively, and the project is located in the Silver National High-tech Industrial Development Zone fine chemical park in Silver City, Gansu Province.
Specifically, the "Comprehensive Use of Resources Project" intends to build an annual output of 200,000 tons of titanium dioxide crude production line and ancillary projects, planned to start in April 2021, the construction cycle from the start of construction not more than 24 months, the estimated annual profit of 320 million yuan
"Recycled titanium dioxide deep processing project" mainly to build an annual output of 300,000 tons of titanium dioxide finished products production line and supporting ancillary projects, plans to start construction in April 2021, in June 2022 to achieve 150,000 tons of finished products deep processing scale in June 2023 to achieve 300,000 tons of finished products deep processing scale, estimated annual profit of 320 million yuan.
China Nuclear Titanium White said, combined with the existing annual output of 100,000 tons of titanium dioxide rough project, the proposed annual output of 200,000 tons of titanium dioxide rough project and the construction of an annual output of 300,000 tons of titanium dioxide finished products production line, can improve the added value of products, effectively improve the company's overall industrial scale and comprehensive competitiveness, in line with the company's long-term development planning and development strategy.
