According to the Announcement on Deferring the Payment of Some Administrative Fees Involving Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Announcement [2022] No.
29 of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission), the matters related to the deferral of the payment of drug registration fees and medical device product registration fees are hereby announced as follows:

Registration applicants who submit applications for the registration of drugs and medical device products between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 and are accepted shall be deferred for one quarter from the date of payment of the registration fee, and no late fees
will be charged.
