Introduction: Xinhua Beijing, Nov 24 In order to properly deal with the water environment pollution of Songhua River caused by the explosion accident of Shuang benzene plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company on November 13, the State Council has recently sent an expert group composed of relevant personnel from the Ministry of water resources, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Ministry of construction to Harbin for work, and decided to establish a group headed by Li Yizhong, director of the State Administration of work safety, and vice group headed by the responsible comrades of the Ministry of water resources and the State Environmental Protection Administration The working group of the State Council with the participation of comrades from relevant departments shall coordinate, organize and guide the work of dealing with the aftermath in a unified way.
