According to the requirements of the "Notice", the inspection will focus on the food safety management, raw and auxiliary material procurement, production process control, product inspection and testing, food safety self-inspection, etc.
The "Notice" requires that the local market supervision departments should study and formulate the supervision and inspection plan and inspection point list for meat product production enterprises and meat product processing workshops in their jurisdictions, and uniformly organize supervision and inspection, uniform inspection personnel training, uniform supervision and inspection content, and uniform inspection.
In response to the problems found in the inspection, the market supervision department should urge the meat product producers to formulate rectification measures, carry out rectification one by one, and track and verify the completion of the rectification to ensure that the rectification is in place
