If the compressor of the pharmaceutical heating and cooling system fails to start, first check whether the power supply is normal
.
The power supply voltage should not exceed or fall below the rated voltage of the unit
.
Common voltages include three-phase 380V and single-phase 220V.
When the voltage is too low or too high, the automatic temperature control system of the reactor cannot be started
.

Check whether the various pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, solenoid valves, relays, and energy control valves of the pharmaceutical heating and cooling system are in good condition
.

Check the transmission device.
If it is driven by a belt, whether various protective devices are completely reliable, and whether various faulty electrical appliances and protective devices are complete and effective
.

Check whether the various valves of the high-pressure system and low-pressure system of the pharmaceutical heating and refrigeration system are in the correct switching state when starting or running
.

Check the crankcase lubricating oil
.
The oil level should not be lower or higher than the indicated oil level
.
If there is not enough lubricant, add enough lubricant of the same size and type
.

Check whether there is leakage in the refrigerant system of the pharmaceutical heating and refrigeration system and whether there is oil leakage in the lubricating oil system
.
7.
Check whether the liquid level of the liquid storage tank is normal, and the liquid level should be kept between 1/3 and 2/3
.
Follow the steps to troubleshoot, check the main circuit first
.
For example, whether the power supply has electricity, whether the voltage is normal, whether the fuse is blown due to starting overload, whether the air switch is tripped, whether the switch contacts are in good condition, and whether the power supply is not equal
.
At startup, observe the voltmeter and ammeter
.

When there is no ammeter and voltmeter in the pharmaceutical heating and cooling system, an ammeter or a pencil can be used to check the power supply

When the mains voltage is too low, the compressor will not start
.

Check the differential relay and the high and low voltage relays
.
When the compressor oil pressure is abnormal, the compressor can be stopped
.
Meanwhile, when the discharge pressure and suction pressure of the compressor are abnormal, the compressor cannot be started or will stop running soon after being started

If the water volume is small and the water temperature is high, the condensation pressure will rise sharply and the evaporation temperature will drop rapidly
.
Due to the action of the unit protection facilities, it often stops quickly

Check whether the relevant solenoid valve and regulating valve are faulty and whether they are opened or closed as required
