On November 19, the pending drug approval documents of the State Food and Drug Administration showed that the listing application for the generic drug fulvestrant injection by Hausen Pharmaceuticals had been approved

Fulvestrant is a downregulator of the estrogen receptor (ER), which can block the binding of estrogen and ER.

The original manufacturer of fulvestrant was AstraZeneca.

In October 2019, Fulvestrant injection was listed as one of the 33 varieties in the "First Batch of Encouraged Generic Drugs List"
