Mites are easy to breed in a humid environment.
The reason for the detection of mites in sugar may be poor quality of raw materials or improper storage.
The "National Food Safety Standard Sugar" (GB13104-2014) stipulates that no mites can be detected in sugar.
Mites can enter the human body through diet, parasitize in the human body, and cause harm to human health.
If it enters the digestive tract, it may cause symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea of varying degrees.
Coliform flora is one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad.
The unqualified coliforms in the food indicate that the food has defects in hygienic quality, indicating that the food may be contaminated by intestinal pathogens, which is potentially harmful to human health, especially the elderly and children.
The cause of excessive coliform bacteria may be the contamination of the processing raw materials and packaging materials of the product, or the contamination of the production equipment such as personnel, tools and utensils, environmental pollution, and incomplete sterilization of products with sterilization processes during the production process.
The Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has instructed the relevant municipal market supervision departments to investigate and deal with the substandard products found in random inspections.
