At present, the domestic high-molecular-weight epoxy resin production method adopts a two-step method, which is generally formed by repolymerizing liquid low-molecular-weight epoxy resin and bisphenol A under the action of a catalyst.
Among them, high-purity ECH and refined BPA must be used in the manufacture of liquid low-molecular-weight epoxy resin, and the process must be strictly controlled to clean the alkali and salt in the resin to minimize the content of inorganic and organic chlorine.
