This time, a total of 20 batches of homemade meat products and 10 batches of oil used in the frying process were sampled, focusing on their quality indicators, heavy metals, pigments, sweeteners, preservatives and other food additives, pesticide residues and other items

The relevant person in charge of the Food Sampling Inspection Office of Wenzhou Market Supervision Bureau said that through special sampling inspections and citizen participation, online catering units are forced to implement food safety systems and create a strong atmosphere for green ordering and safe consumption
