A reporter from the Beijing News learned on August 26 that Shangling Animal Husbandry released its 2021 semi-annual report showing that its revenue was 301 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.

Public information shows that Shangling Animal Husbandry is mainly engaged in cattle farm operations, dairy cattle breeding, and fresh milk supply.

In order to protect the legal rights and interests of the company and its shareholders, 134 small and medium shareholders of Shangling Animal Husbandry have filed a joint lawsuit with the Higher People's Court of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, but the lawsuit was rejected.

In October 2018, Shangling Group and its 7 subsidiaries applied to the court for bankruptcy and reorganization, but not including Shangling Animal Husbandry

Shangling Animal Husbandry is currently involved in the debt guarantees of related parties such as Shangling Group and Shi Xin.

Up to now, the Shangling Group has occupied a total of 236 million yuan in Shangling Animal Husbandry for "advance payments", and none of them has fulfilled the review procedures
