In order to explore the idea of public nutrition improvement, further strengthen public nutrition improvement work and promote nutrition work in China, the CDC of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Nutrition and Health Institute of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention held a national symposium on public nutrition improvement and a national nutrition work conference in Tianjin from November 4-6, 2015. Chairman Yang Yuxin of the Chinese Nutrition Society and Researcher Du Songming were invited to attend on behalf of the Nutrition Society, and Yang was invited to make a new edition ofDietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents.. During the same period, in order to promote the effective implementation of the Measures for the Management of Nutrition Improvement and improve the level of nutrition improvement management for professionals, participants will be trained in nutrition improvement management capacity.
