In cases where the risk of transmission is unclear or there is widespread community transmission, the delineation
of high-risk areas should be appropriately expanded.
No new infections have been found in high-risk areas for 5 consecutive days, and they are downgraded to low-risk areas, and high-risk areas that meet the conditions for unblocking should be unblocked
in time.

the external prevention measures.
