"Saigon Economic Times" reported on December 23 that as of November 25, 2021, there are 205 enterprises with rice export qualifications approved by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Vietnam

However, according to statistics from the General Administration of Customs , since December 2019, 39 companies in 16 provinces and cities have no rice export performance

This is in line with the requirements of Document No.
107 for the consideration of the withdrawal of its export license for 18 consecutive months of non-export performance
.

In the three years since the implementation of Document No.
107 on rice export operations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has found that there are some problems in entrusted exports

Therefore, the Ministry proposed that only enterprises that have obtained a rice export license and have export performance can accept entrusted exports
