II. To carry out the publicity and training of the Measures in an all-round way, to take various forms, such as intensive lectures and thematic learning, to guide the enterprises concerned to further improve their understanding of the prevention and control of safety risks from major sources of danger, to have a deep understanding of the requirements for the implementation of the responsibility for the safety of major sources of danger, and to strengthen initiatives to promote the implementation of the Measures on the ground.
3. Combined with the actual situation, the implementation of the Measures will be included in the three-year action system measures for the safety of hazardous chemicals in the unit, through the effective implementation of the responsibility system for the safety of major hazard sources, seize the key people of enterprises, speed up the filling of the short board of responsibility for the safety management of major hazardous sources, and continuously improve the essential safety level of major hazard sources.
