Recently, the innovative team of Rice Excellent Germplasm Resources Exploration and Innovation Utilization of the Institute of Crop Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences analyzed the metabolic mechanism of oxidation resistance of rice black rice, and revealed the differences

According to Han Longzhi, a researcher at the Institute of Science, brown rice is a whole grain of rice that still retains the seed coat and embryo after the rice is dehulled, which has higher

The study used the black rice, red rice, glutinous rice and white rice (all brown rice) created by the team as experimental materials, and systematically analyzed the differences

In black rice and glutinous rice, white rice, red rice and glutinous rice, white rice, black rice and red rice identified 281 kinds of different metabolites, 305 species, 241 species, 267 species and 265 species respectively

Further analysis of 117 different metabolites specific to black rice showed that there were mainly 58 flavonoids and 25 phenolic acids, and the main significant enrichment pathways were the biosynthesis of flavonoids, the biosynthesis of anthocyanins, and the biosynthesis of flavonoids and flavonoids

    The research has been funded
