Yang and the pathology team WangPing found that in human clinical pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients' tissues, tumor cells can regulate the expression of macrophage follicle hydrase through their metabolites, so that tumor-related macrophages in the tumor microenviron environment programmatically recombined to promote tumor growth of immune cells.
