It is reported that the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Drug Sales (Order No.
58 of the State Administration for Market Regulation) have been officially promulgated and will come into force
on December 1, 2022.

The Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Sales of Drugs clearly stipulate that drugs under special state management, such as vaccines, blood products, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, toxic drugs for medical use, radioactive drugs, and pharmaceutical precursor chemicals, shall not be sold on the Internet, and the specific catalogue shall be organized and formulated
by the State Medical Products Administration.
