The "Management Norms" also clearly stipulates the improvement of service quality, requiring the establishment of a management office to handle consumer disputes and complaints

It is reported that the "Administrative Regulations" were revised by the National Federation of Urban Farmers and Trade Centers, approved and published by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision on March 29, and officially implemented on July 1

In terms of food safety, the "Management Regulations" clearly stipulates that live livestock and poultry should not be operated on the site, and food stalls should be set up to separate raw and cooked food; fresh food and other food; prepackaged food and bulk food.
According to the requirements of the "Management Specifications", cooked food, pickles, seasonings, brand franchised foods, halal foods and foods that need to be processed on-site should be operated in a special room.
