The researchers conducted quality safety and quality evaluation on 182 selenium-enriched rice samples from 5 main selenium-enriched rice producing areas in China, and carried out content determination and correlation analysis of the heavy metal element components.

The above research was funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' major financial projects on agricultural product quality and safety, the National Agricultural Industry Technology System, and the Ministry of Science and Technology's National Key R&D Project
