According to the website information of the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration's legal database, the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration recently issued the new "Regulations on the Supervision of Imported Food and Drugs" and "Regulations on the Supervision of Imported Food and Drug Raw Materials"
.

Among them, the Regulations on the Supervision of Imported Food and Drugs stipulate the import regulatory requirements for food, cosmetics, health supplements, drugs and traditional medicines, and the import of food and health supplements for sale and circulation must apply for a circulation permit and a border import certificate (SKI Post Border), and the regulations stipulate the procedures, regulatory requirements and penalties for related illegal matters for handling border import certificates

The new regulations replace the Imported Food and Drugs Regulations 2017 and its amendments

The regulations will take effect on December 14
, 2022.

The Regulation on the Supervision of Imported Food and Drug Raw Materials sets out the regulatory requirements for the import of raw materials for food, cosmetics, health supplements, pharmaceuticals and traditional medicines, and the new regulations replace the 2017 Regulations on the Import of Food and Drug Raw Materials and its amendments, which came into effect on 14 December 2022
