The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine recently notified the special inspections of the national supervision of the quality of 9 products including fireworks and firecrackers in 2015.
In 2015, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine organized special inspections on the quality of 9 products including fireworks, motor gasoline, diesel, automotive urea water solution, organic heat carrier, single-cylinder diesel engine, mahogany products, down clothing, cashmere knitwear, etc.
.
This time, a total of 847 batches of products produced and sold by 778 enterprises were randomly checked (not involving export products).
After inspection, 768 batches of products produced and sold by 700 enterprises were qualified, and the pass rate was 90.
7%.
79 batches were found to be unqualified, and the detection rate of unqualified products was 9.
3%.
35 batches of automotive urea aqueous solutions produced by 34 companies in 11 provinces (cities) in Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Tianjin, Henan, Shandong, Hebei, Sichuan, and Chongqing, focusing on urea content, density, refractive index, impurity content, A total of 5 items were tested for consistency confirmation.
This spot check is the first national supervision spot check of an aqueous urea solution product for vehicles.
After inspection, 14 batches of products produced by 13 companies were unqualified, and the qualified rate of random inspections was 60%.
The quality problems of unqualified products were found to be mainly concentrated in the content of urea and impurities.
The main factors that affect the unqualified products are: raw materials, production technology, packaging and storage conditions, etc.
One is that the impurity content does not meet the standard requirements.
Excessive impurity content in the aqueous urea solution for vehicles may cause blockage of the urea infusion pipe and nozzle of the diesel engine SCR system, which will affect the conversion efficiency of the catalytic reduction reaction.
In this spot check, 13 batches of products were unqualified.
Second, the urea content does not meet the standard requirements.
Urea content is an important quality indicator of urea aqueous solution products for vehicles.
Excessive urea content will lead to surplus of urea and cause secondary pollution (ammonia and carbon dioxide produced by high-temperature hydrolysis of urea).
Too low urea content will reduce the conversion efficiency of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas to nitrogen, resulting in still some nitrogen oxides.
It is reduced and discharged directly into the atmosphere.
In addition, the urea content will affect the crystallization point of the urea aqueous solution, which may block the urea infusion tube and nozzle.
In this spot check, 4 batches of products were unqualified for this item.
