The "Plan" was compiled by the Hubei Provincial Economic and Information Commission.
According to Wang Jianmin, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, it will be completed in two stages at the time point: before the end of 2020, complete the relocation of chemical enterprises within 1 km along the river; before the end of 2025, complete the 1 km to the river Chemical companies within 15 kilometers are closed and relocated.
