The Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone has implemented the five-year action of "strengthening the provincial capital", making good use of the Guizhou inland open economic pilot zone, the China (Guiyang) cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone, and incorporating it into the joint construction of the "Belt and Road".

The customs supervision code "9710" for this business is referred to as "B2B direct export of cross-border e-commerce", which was added by the General Administration of Customs in June 2020 and implemented on July 1, 2021

According to the person in charge of the Commerce Bureau of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, in recent years, the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platform jointly built by Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Alibaba has gathered nearly 170 cross-border e-commerce B2B export enterprises, and has achieved a total of trade exports.

In the next step, Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone will continue to innovate models, strengthen measures, carry forward the high-level open and high-quality development of Guizhou, build Guizhou's "bridgehead", continue to improve the functions of cross-border e-commerce platforms, and optimize services related to the import and export of small and medium-sized enterprises.
